How quickly do you ship orders out?

I typically ship orders at the end of the week (Friday) to minimize trips to the post and maintain an organized schedule.

Can you help me create a figure?

Yes! I am not only a designer but a consultant as well. I would be more than happy to assist you or your company in producing a vinyl or resin figurine!

Do you accept refunds?

That depends on the refund. If an item is broken in transit please take photos immediately upon arrival and send them to me so I can process a refund. Items lost in transit are NOT my responsiblity, however, shipping insurance is available upon request prior to purchase and covers any lost or damaged packages!! If you are dissatisfied with your order I am able to refund if the product is returned to me (buyer is responsible for shipping costs).

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, everything is handmade and/or hand painted by moi (This applies to original art. Anything under the "Kay's Collection/Resale tab is work by other artists.) Due to the bespoke nature of my work each piece will have slight variations.

Can you offer a deal on shipping costs?

No, shipping costs fluctuate greatly and are out of my hands. I can, however, offer bundle deals (at times) when applicable. But not always.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Buyer is responsible for shipping and customs fee's.

Do you take custom orders?

I take customs on a case to case basis depending on my availability :) Drop me a DM or an email to get the process started!!
